We invite you to an extraordinary adventure with “Distorie: carte delle origini” an engaging card game that reveals the emotions, traditions and stories of Calabrian emigrants. Each card tells a fragment of Calabria’s rich history.

The 162 game cards divided into categories and inspired by 5 books, represent characters, places, antagonists, objects, emotions, events and missions, each reflecting the rich history of Calabria: characters, historical figures and icons linked to the region, towns, cities and symbolic places of Calabrian emigration.

It faces challenges and obstacles that emigrants have overcome during the journey through significant objects that tell the story of departure and adaptation.

FaRo, Fabbrica dei Saperi in Rosarno  is the structure that houses the municipal library and auditorium of Rosarno in the city center, easily accessible from the main communication routes (8 minutes by car from the motorway exit and 10 minutes on foot from the city railway station, a stop for high-speed trains and for the main regional trains). The space is a new town square, a place to meet, play, read, rest and engage in different activities. On the model of the “squares of knowledge”, FaRo is a place of cultural enjoyment and production, with an offer of services for the entire territory.
